Return Policy:

• We offer returns for unworn and unwashed items in new condition with original tags attached. 
• Returns must be registered online and deposited at your local post within 14 days from the date you originally received your order.
• Gaâla is unable to refund any duties or taxes paid on international shipments.

Refund Delay:

Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-7 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment or a credit note.

Cancellations:

We accept cancellations within 7 days after the order is placed. Exceptions include delayed orders. 

Orders can be cancelled by writing us at contact@gaala.com with your order number and request. 

Cancelled orders will be refunded to their original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
