Made-to-order items ship to you within 3-5 weeks from the time your order is placed. A made-to-order item is a product that is not in stock, and that has not yet been produced.

Composition

Grey fishbone:
Main material: 70% wool, 30% polyester.

Lining: 56% viscose, 44% rayon or 50% rayon, 50% cupro or 100% cotton sateen.

Beige fishbone:
Main material: 90% wool, 10% cashmere.

Lining: 56% viscose, 44% rayon or 50% rayon, 50% cupro or 100% cotton sateen.

As we work exclusively with limited-in-quantity upcycled fabrics, subject to availability, the lining may be crafted in either of the above fabrics, based on what is currently in stock.

I've wanted this coat for AGES so when it finally went on sale, I was ready. The reviews were all suggesting to size down from your usual size (mine is between S and M), and the measurements suggested I should go for either XS or S ... So I messaged the team at Gaâla. They suggested an M, but I was sure I'd fit into an S! Against all reasonable advice, I ordered the coat in S, but it was too tight across the back and shoulders (especially with a sweater underneath), so I exchanged it for an M and it fits perfectly now (with or without a sweater)! I couldn't be happier with the coat, the help and the easy exchange process. The coat is really high quality and warmer than it looks in the pictures - I can't recommend it enough. For reference: I am a perfect size S in the Estelle, Kara and Sharon dresses, and a perfect M in the Alexane dress. My measurements are 95 cm (chest), 75 cm (waist) and 95 cm (hips). Hope this helps.

The coat is so incredibly beautiful. The fabric is thick and high quality, softer than a lot of 100% wool jackets I've come across. The fishbone pattern also makes the fabric look very chic. I originally ordered the XS, but customer service helped me out a lot with figuring out that XXS worked better because I'm more petite and prefer a slimmer fit. The colour looks a little deeper/more vibrant in real life than in the photos.
