You can easily identify items from our Petite collection by looking for the"P" icon next to the sizing options. This icon signifies that the item is specifically tailored for a petite fit.

Stock items ship to you within 2 business days.
Made-to-order items ship to you within 3-5 weeks from the time your order is placed. A made-to-order item is a product that is not in stock, and that has not yet been produced.
It allows small brands like ours to gauge customer interest and consequent demand, eliminating overproduction and waste. When you preorder an article with us, you may have to wait a little longer for its delivery, but what you have to look forward to is a unique, made-to-order item crafted with love and attention, especially for you.
If you place an order that includes both a made-to-order item and an in stock item, we'll hold onto the in stock item and ship both items together when the made-to-order item is ready. This way, you'll only need to pay for shipping once, and we can reduce our environmental footprint by consolidating shipments. If you need an in stock item urgently, we recommend that you place a separate order.

I love this dress. Color is beautiful and the shape is amazing!
The package came really fast, arrived in perfect condition. The dress looks really nice, linen material seems comfortable. The M size fits good in waist, but is a bit loose in bust, but it not that much that it would be noticeable by someone other than the person who wears it.

This is my third Bardot dress. I am a larger girl, so picking dresses is usually a sad experience for me… but that changed when I ordered my first Bardot. I felt like a movie star! I haven’t worn this one yet (given the cold weather), but I tried it on and it’s perfect. I also wore my other Bardots (same composition) under the steamy Hong Kong weather and they looked fresh and beautiful. I strongly recommend the entire Bardot line!

The skirt for underneath is a bit tricky to place in the appropriate place though so it is not too long; some anchor to help fixate it could have been helpful. Charming in gingham! The playful pattern and quality fabric add wonderful character. I get a perfect fit with this dress as I can tailor the adjustable straps to my frame exactly. While the petticoat also fits perfectly, wearing it without creates a slimmer and more modern silhouette that I prefer.

Bought the dresses in a size xs but if you can make them smaller on the back I prefer a size 's.

Gorgeous dress. My only complaint is the petticoat is significantly smaller than the dress. The dress fits me perfectly but I can’t even come close to zipping the petticoat up so it’s unwearable easily a full size smaller than the dress. Which is a bummer I was excited it came with a petticoat otherwise true to size
I absolutely adore this dress! The quality is top notch, packaged beautifully and sustainably without plastic. I ordered a size small and it’s true to size I’d say. It drapes gorgeously and the slightly reinforced upper body gives it a great shape. The colour is a beautiful bright red, not too light and not too dark. Definitely worth the wait when preordered!

I love both my Gaála dresses. It is a good fit, beautiful colours and pattern. The assistant was excellent. We had couple of emails to specify the correct size for me. Only thing I was a bit upset they sent me the dresses separately and I had to pay tax(£45) two times. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

Absolutely phenomenal dress! It's very well made and the petticoat is separate so you can wear it with or without it. I am 5'3, 131 lbs with a 28 inch waist and 32B chest for reference and I ordered a size small which fit perfectly!!
What an amazing dress! The color and the quality is amazing. I really like the fit but I'm going to have the seamstress adjust it slightly in the front because I want a tighter fit across the chest (I bought a size S instead of the XS that had been actually recommended to me, for fear that it wouldn't fit across my chest and instead--I recommend that you always follow Gaâla's customer service suggestions, as I usually do). Will surely buy from Gaâla again, their items are incredible!
