Made-to-order items ship to you within 3-5 weeks from the time your order is placed. A made-to-order item is a product that is not in stock, and that has not yet been produced.

Stock items ship to you within 2 business days.
If you place an order that includes both a made-to-order item and an in stock item, we'll hold onto the in stock item and ship both items together when the made-to-order item is ready. This way, you'll only need to pay for shipping once, and we can reduce our environmental footprint by consolidating shipments. Care guide
Our washable ballet flats are crafted for easy maintenance and are perfect for busy schedules. Included with your purchase is a specially designed washing bag to protect and maintain their shape during the wash. Slip the inserts out of your shoes, place your flats and inserts inside the bag, and toss them in the washing machine with cold water and a gentle detergent; after washing, always air dry for best results.
