Made-to-order items ship to you within 3-5 weeks from the time your order is placed. A made-to-order item is a product that is not in stock, and that has not yet been produced.

When you preorder an article with us, you may have to wait a little longer for its delivery, but what you have to look forward to is a unique, made-to-order item crafted with love and attention, especially for you.

Stock items ship to you within 2 business days.

If you place an order that includes both a made-to-order item and an in stock item, we'll hold onto the in stock item and ship both items together when the made-to-order item is ready. This way, you'll only need to pay for shipping once, and we can reduce our environmental footprint by consolidating shipments. If you need an in stock item urgently, we recommend that you place a separate order.

80% of the material used to create our insoles and uppers is derived from recycled plastic waste, including plastic bottles sourced from the world's leading brand in recycled performance fiber, REPREVE®.

Our washable ballet flats are crafted for easy maintenance and are perfect for busy schedules. Included with your purchase is a specially designed washing bag to protect and maintain their shape during the wash. Slip the inserts out of your shoes, place your flats and inserts inside the bag, and toss them in the washing machine with cold water and a gentle detergent; after washing, always air dry for best results.

Our recycled flats are made with 80% recycled plastic collected from coastal areas without proper waste systems by REPREVE®, a top recycled performance fiber brand. This plastic is turned into durable polymer resin yarn used to craft our flat’s insoles and uppers, breathing new life into what was once considered waste. Learn more
