Where are your products made?
All our items are created in our own small scale workshop in Belarus by a team of skilled tailors.
What are deadstock fabrics?
Deadstock fabrics are materials that are no longer useful for production houses or brands. These may be rejected due to a brand, textile company or fashion house overstocking materials or having surplus fabric after production, and will often end up discarded in landfills.
What size am I?
You can refer to our sizing chart for general sizing guidelines.
But if you would like a fitting consultation on a particular style, send your measurements to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you find the right size!
Can I return my item?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving your package you have the option to return it. Please refer to our ‘Returns & Refunds’ page for more information.
What if one of my items is damaged or defected?
If you’ve received a damaged or defected item, send us an email at email@example.com with a photo of the damaged item with your order number. We will take care of you!
What are pre-orders?
A pre-order item is a product that is not yet in stock. Pre-orders allow small brands like ours to gauge customer interest and consequent demand, eliminating overproduction and waste.
Due to the limited nature of deadstock fabrics, we limit the pre-order quantity to the amount we can make. Once an item sells out, we cannot make it again.
When you pre-order an article with us, you may have to wait a little longer for its delivery, but what you have to look forward to is a unique made-to-order item crafted with love and attention, especially for you.️
How long will it take to ship my order?
Pre-orders ship out 2-3 weeks after purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 48 hours within France, and between 2-3 business days for international orders.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! For orders outside Europe you’ll be shown shipping options at checkout.
Are taxes and duties included for international shipments?
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges will be your responsibility and will be collected from you by the shipping company.
If you refuse a shipment from Gaâla, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as import and returns fees that might be incurred upon delivery back to us.
