Made-to-order items ship to you within 3-5 weeks from the time your order is placed. A made-to-order item is a product that is not in stock, and that has not yet been produced.

When you preorder an article with us, you may have to wait a little longer for its delivery, but what you have to look forward to is a unique, made-to-order item crafted with love and attention, especially for you.
Stock items ship to you within 2 business days.
If you place an order that includes both a made-to-order item and an in stock item, we'll hold onto the in stock item and ship both items together when the made-to-order item is ready. This way, you'll only need to pay for shipping once, and we can reduce our environmental footprint by consolidating shipments. If you need an in stock item urgently, we recommend that you place a separate order.

Care guide

Lining Care: If necessary, gently spot-clean the lining with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid excessive rubbing or scrubbing to prevent damage to the delicate fabric.
Hardware Maintenance: Wipe the ball clasp and detachable chain with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt or fingerprints.
