Shipping to US
US orders that include items made in China may be subject to U.S. import duties, which will be collected by the carrier prior to or upon delivery. Items produced in other countries do not imply any additional customs charges or VAT. Shipping to UK
We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping for our customers in the United Kingdom. All applicable duties and VAT are now included in the listed prices of the products. There are no surprise charges upon delivery. Your order will be cleared through customs and delivered directly to your address without any additional payment required.
Other international shipments
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. International shipments may be subject to customs and duty fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are applied once the parcel reaches customs. The shipping carrier will contact you directly to arrange payment for applicable duties and fees. Please be aware that Gaâla is not responsible for these additional charges. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost and will be your responsibility. If you refuse a shipment from Gaâla, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as return shipping, and these amounts will be deducted from your refund.
