How to make a return

You can return items within 14 days from the date you originally received your order.

How do I make a return?

• Send us email at contact@gaala.com with your order number, email address and phone number.
• You will receive an email confirmation with shipping guidelines and a return label. 

What items are returnable?

Items must be:

• In original condition with original tags attached,
• Unwashed and unworn,
• In original packaging.

Items that have been altered cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange an item, please write us at contact@gaala.com, we will help to process your exchange according to item availability. 

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to process your return and 5 to 10 days for your bank to refund your account.
• Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment or a credit note.
• You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been processed.
• Gaâla is unable to refund any duties or taxes paid on international shipments.

Cancelations:

• We accept cancelations from 7 days after the order is placed. Exceptions on this clause include delayed orders. 
• Orders can be cancelled by writing us at contact@gaala.com with your order number and request. 
• Canceled orders will be refunded to their original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
