Our made-to-order pieces take 4-5 weeks to create and ship. We recommend ordering your wedding dress as early as 6 months in advance, which is ideal to allow for any possible exchanges or adjustments. However, 9-12 weeks is the minimum time required to ensure your gown is ready for the big day.
Shipping within the EU, UK and Switzerland for orders over 150€ are free.
Returns & exchanges

After an extensive search for a dress for the wedding of my best friend, I found the pink floral Caroline dress. It's absolutely beautiful! I wasn't sure if I needed an S or M since my bust is 90 cm but my waist 72 cm. So I went with an M (after asking for advice from Gaala) which is indeed a little to big (not so big that I wanted to order an S instead). But my A cup is just a little on the small side for the rest of the dress, which does fit beautifully. The fabric is gorgeous, custumor service is great and the package the dress arrived in felt like a gift!
I’m 165 cm tall x 55 kg. I got a size S and it fits well. It pulls a bit on the front but I decided not to change size as it would have been too big otherwise. The dress is flowing and very classy. It’s just a bit sheer, so keep it in mind if you don’t feel comfortable. I wasn’t sure whether send it back or not for this reason. But it was too lovely so I decided to keep it anyway!
Magnifique robe
I bought this dress size S and it suits me perfectly (90/70/100). Very high quality and smooth fabric, it looks light but it's not transparent. The style of this dress is 100% French Provence, it looks absolutely gorgeous and kinda retro. I love this dress, it looks so unique, totally worth the price!
The flower print is entirely beautiful - even more than on the photos. I rarely wear any dresses with more than one colour :), but this print (on the softest and most sustainable fabric) is elegant and playful at once. Furthermore, this dress suits me though I´m only 1,62m tall.
This is one of the most beautiful dresses I´ve ever seen. Delicately manufactured by (I´m sure :) the best seamstresses and a soft feeling on the skin. First and foremost: I love how sustainable luxury fashion can be.
The dress appears slightly misaligned in the button area, particularly around the waistline. The buttons and fabric on either side of the placket don't line up perfectly. Overall, the dress is beautiful.
The dress is very nice and arrived within few weeks from order. The material is ok although I was expecting it to be more silky at touch. I have received great understanding and support when I got in contact because a bottom was loose and they offered me a refund for the tailor or a coupon to use for the next order. I’m going for the coupon as the experience overall was positive and I am willing to buy more from gaala!
