Our made-to-order pieces take 4-5 weeks to create and ship. We recommend ordering your wedding dress as early as 6 months in advance, which is ideal to allow for any possible exchanges or adjustments. However, 9-12 weeks is the minimum time required to ensure your gown is ready for the big day.

Shipping and exchanges within the EU, UK and Switzerland for orders over 100€ are free.

You can return your purchase or you can exchange your item within 14 days after delivery. Consult return shipping cost.

Exchanges can take up to the same time as the original order. We recommend allowing 4-5 weeks.

This product is crafted by our trusted partners in small-scale ateliers in China. As such, it may be subject to U.S. import duties, which will be collected by the carrier prior to or upon delivery.
