Returns & Refunds

 

If you're not fully satisfied with your order and would like to make a return, please be sure to send back the item unworn with original tags within 15 days for a full refund or credit note!

For returns from France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands and United Kingdom:

  1. Sign in to your gaala.com account and go to 'My Orders' to activate your pre-paid return label.
  2. Click on 'Return an Item'.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return.
  4. Validate your request.
  5. Please fill out the ‘return reason’ on the slip included in your original shipment.
  6. Print out your return label and attach it to the original shipping package, placing inside the item(s) you’d like to return.
  7. Your package can now be dropped at the nearest delivery point or post office!

 

For returns from all other countries not listed above, returns are made at your own cost, please follow the below steps:

  1. Sign in to your gaala.com account go to 'My Orders'.
  2. Click on 'Return an Item'.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return.
  4. Validate your request.
  5. Print out your return form and place it inside the original shipping package along with the ‘return reason’ slip included in your original shipment and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  6. Your package can now be sent back to France! You can choose the carrier of your choice - the return address is written on your return form.

 

Return Policy

  • We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order and return the original item for a full refund or credit note. 
  • We offer returns for unworn items in new condition with original tags attached. 
  • Returns must be registered online within 15 days from the date you originally received your order.
  • Gaâla is unable to refund any duties or taxes paid on international shipments.

 

Refund Delay 

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment or a credit note.  

We’ll send you an email as soon as your refund has been processed so you know it’s on the way.
