The measurements shown in the size charts represent the dimensions of the ready-to-wear garment, not the model's body measurements.

Our made-to-order pieces take 4-5 weeks to create and ship. We recommend ordering your wedding dress as early as 6 months in advance, which is ideal to allow for any possible exchanges or adjustments. However, 9-12 weeks is the minimum time required to ensure your gown is ready for the big day.

Shipping and exchanges within the EU, UK and Switzerland for orders over 100€ are free.

You can return your purchase or you can exchange your item within 14 days after delivery. Consult return shipping cost.

• While handwashing is the best and safest method for Tencel, you can wash your Tencel garment in a machine on a gentle cycle with cold water.

• When drying, either tumble dry on a low setting or hang dry to preserve the fabric’s softness; avoid wringing.

• If ironing is necessary, use a low to medium setting and always iron inside to safeguard the fabric’s surface.
