Made-to-order items ship to you within 3-5 weeks from the time your order is placed. A made-to-order item is a product that is not in stock, and that has not yet been produced.
It allow small brands like ours to gauge customer interest and consequent demand, eliminating overproduction and waste. When you preorder an article with us, you may have to wait a little longer for its delivery, but what you have to look forward to is a unique, made-to-order item crafted with love and attention, especially for you.
Stock items ship to you within 2 business days.
If you place an order that includes both a made-to-order item and an in stock item, we'll hold onto the in stock item and ship both items together when the made-to-order item is ready. This way, you'll only need to pay for shipping once, and we can reduce our environmental footprint by consolidating shipments. If you need an in stock item urgently, we recommend that you place a separate order.
• Handwash your garment gently using warm water and a mild detergent, rinse.
• Gently wring out excess water from the fabric.
• Hang the garment to dry away from direct sunlight and heat.
• Use a steamer to get out creases in your dress or simply iron inside-out on low heat, putting a cloth between the fabric and the iron.
