Stock items ship to you within 2 business days.

Made-to-order items ship to you within 3-5 weeks from the time your order is placed. A made-to-order item is a product that is not in stock, and that has not yet been produced.

It allows small brands like ours to gauge customer interest and consequent demand, eliminating overproduction and waste. When you preorder an article with us, you may have to wait a little longer for its delivery, but what you have to look forward to is a unique, made-to-order item crafted with love and attention, especially for you.

If you place an order that includes both a made-to-order item and an in stock item, we'll hold onto the in stock item and ship both items together when the made-to-order item is ready. This way, you'll only need to pay for shipping once, and we can reduce our environmental footprint by consolidating shipments. If you need an in stock item urgently, we recommend that you place a separate order.

Composition

Main material: 100% cotton.

Made with care in Lithuania from upcycled fabric.
Care guide

• We recommend using a gentle cycle with warm or cold water when washing cotton, avoiding bleach. Mild detergents are preferred to maintain the fabric’s natural softness.

• For drying, you can either tumble dry on a low to medium setting or hang dry to maintain the shape and soft feel of the cotton.

• Iron or steam on medium heat on the reverse side to protect the garment’s outer appearance. Store cotton garments in a dry, cool place and fold them to prevent wrinkles.

Additionally, we partner with small-scale ateliers in Belarus, China and Italy, carefully considering the provenance of materials, production capabilities, and the expertise of artisans. I was beginning to look into sustainable fashion, and into owning only a few pieces of good quality that would last. I discovered Galaa through Anastasia Nova on Instagram, but was hesitant at first because I had never heard of it before. Then I wasn't sure of the size, but I asked for Gaala's advice and received a quick and useful answer by its sizing service. The dress is indeed a bit loose around the bust (as it is smaller than the XXS size) but the sizing service had warned me, it is fixable and the dress fits me well nevertheless, so no disappointment there and the sizing service was correct in its advice. The picture is accurate, the dress I received is exactly the same dress that is on the picture (same colour, length, etc.) The linen is very agreeable to wear, and indeed very nicely cut. It arrived carefully wrapped in sustainable fabrics. It was honestly worth the wait : I had bought it "on order" and waited for about 3-4 weeks, as Gaala mentions it on their website. I was informed when it was ready, as indicated on the website, and then received it within several days and encountered no bad surprises with the delivery.
