Quality of item is excellent: color (I have ordered the cream one), fabric and fit are perfect. M size is right for me (I am 162cm for 63kilos and I don't like oversize cloths). This is the perfect black cardigan! Who would have thought that such a simple piece could make you look so good? Even though they sent me the wrong piece at first, they fixed it without a fuss and sent me the right piece. Also, the customer service was so nice, Gaala is a gem of a brand!

I like the fit and design, but I noticed a decline in quality. I previously ordered the V-neck version, which was soft like cashmere, but this one feels cheaper. I've noticed a quality drop in other items too. I hope they address this and don’t end up like Zara.
