I had to wait a bit for the dress, but it was definitely worth it! It came in the most beautiful packaging, and the dress is absolutely fantastic. This is not the first dress I have bought from Gaâla and certainly not the last!
I ordered this dress in red and in blue, and both are so beautiful! The straps do slip down so I will take it to my tailor, but the dress is so special that it is worth it.
The fabric feels great, very luxurious. I need to get the straps shortened but otherwise it fits great.
I wore a cream Freya silk dress with a deep cut and pearls on the back to my wedding. It's gorgeous, fits me like a glove (I'm 165 cm tall, 62kg) and made me feel absolutely beautiful. Looks wonderful on the photos, too.
I ordered this for a wedding, and it is gorgeous! The straps do tend to fall down if you have narrower shoulders, but you can fix it easily with a body tape. Size 34 is my usual size and it fits perfectly.
Je cherchais une robe pour le lendemain de mon mariage, de préférence vert foncé, et je suis tombé sur la robe Freya... un véritable coup de cœur ! Mon 1er achat chez Gaala et je ne suis pas déçue, cette robe a un magnifique tombé, et un décolleté qui sublime la poitrine. Je suis conquise et je suis en attente de recevoir une seconde robe puisque j'ai flashé sur le modèle Bardetta pour cet automne.
Veste come indicato, le misure sono precise. Il tessuto è di ottima qualità. Colore trama lucentezza davvero ottimi! Il modello è davvero ben fatto, un modello classico che va sempre, ma senza tempo. Sono ampiamente soddisfatta del mio acquisto. Ho ricevuto una montagna di complimenti. Realizzare un capo di questo genere dovrebbe rendere orgoglioso il sarto che lo ha fatto. Il vestito ha sicuramente un costo, ma è giustificato dalla qualità della fattura.
Absolutely beautiful, amazing fabric! Drapes perfectly. Fit ran slightly larger than expected - I would have returned and ordered a size down, but they're all sold out, so I'll have to take it in slightly. But otherwise perfect!
Très belle robe, matière soyeuse et fluide qui met en valeur! J’ai hâte de la porter à mon mariage civil!! Seul petit bémol j’ai du ajuster les bretelles chez un tailleur et le bustier et légèrement transparent.
The size was perfect, exactly like the measurement! The silk is very soft and feels very luxurious. The color (grey) is a bit more blue toned than can be seen on the picture, reminds me a bit of cinderella‘s dress from the Disney movie!

I loved the dress! The quality of the fabric is outstanding! The colour was a bit darker than I thought it would be. I have not managed to get used to the straps yet, they fall from shoulders from time to time, yet if you are not wearing a bra, they stay in place :) Anyway, I decided to keep the dress, it definitely compliments me. There's not tooo much fabric at the bottom, just enough of it. The dress perfectly hugs the body, yet there's no stretch at all and you need to be careful at keeping fit. Love it, love it!
I am absolutely in love with this dress! I originally ordered the older version of the Freya dress which is also a beautiful dress, but when this one came out a few weeks later and I was absolutely wonderstruck! The luscious 100% silk, the gorgeous grey blue color, the stunning drape, and thick square neck straps of this dress all make it my dream dress! When I contacted customer support they were incredibly helpful and gracious in helping me make the exchange. Gaala's clothing is quite the splurge for me but I was so impressed with my first experience that the next time I am looking for something really special I will definitely order from Gaala again!
The quality of the dress is great, as well as the material. Shoulder straps are a bit falling off my shoulders, but maybe it is designed like this. Color as on the pictures. I just wished that the slit on a skirt was a bit more pronounced (your leg will not be seen if you on purpose don't open it up or move your legs widely:) ). Delivery was as promised and the dress was packaged very nicely and sustainable. Overall great and would recommend!
I love my new Freya silk dress. It is so pretty and I feel wonderful when I wear it. The material and colour are beautiful and as described. Since I'm short (5'2"), this dress feels almost like a maxi dress for me - which makes it look more glamorous in my view. The Gaala support team were very responsive and kept me updated about the status of the order throughout!

I love this dress! Dresses tend to run tight around the chest for me but this one fits really well. It is super flowy and pretty. The only issue for me personally is that the straps are a tad long so the pearls fit weirdly. I can easily get this tailored though... Overall I am looking forward to wearing this at my courthouse wedding! :-)

Excellente qualité du tissus et de la coupe. Pas un fil de travers. Pas un mauvais pli. La robe a un tombé flatteur et sensuel. Très agréable à porter, légère, elle est aussi belle que confortable. L'expérience Gaâla serait parfaite si je n'avais pas une bretelle qui glisse de temps à autre, petit inconvénient négligeable qui dépend de votre morphologie.
