Made-to-order items ship to you within 3-5 weeks from the time your order is placed. A made-to-order item is a product that is not in stock, and that has not yet been produced.

It allow small brands like ours to gauge customer interest and consequent demand, eliminating overproduction and waste. When you preorder an article with us, you may have to wait a little longer for its delivery, but what you have to look forward to is a unique, made-to-order item crafted with love and attention, especially for you.

Stock items ship to you within 2 business days.

If you place an order that includes both a made-to-order item and an in stock item, we'll hold onto the in stock item and ship both items together when the made-to-order item is ready. This way, you'll only need to pay for shipping once, and we can reduce our environmental footprint by consolidating shipments. If you need an in stock item urgently, we recommend that you place a separate order.

Lining: 100% viscose.

• Dry cleaning is the best way to extend the life of your item.

• Hand wash in cold water, using a gentle detergent. Gently and slowly swish the garment then rinse with cold water. Remove excess water by rolling the garment in a towel and gently pressing to absorb lingering moisture, wringing will damage its delicate fibers. Ensure the garment keeps its shape by laying flat or hanging to dry.

• Use a steamer to get out creases or simply iron inside-out on low heat.

Gaâla’s apparel is primarily crafted at our own workshop in Lithuania. Additionally, we partner with small-scale ateliers in Belarus, China and Italy, carefully considering the provenance of materials, production capabilities, and the expertise of artisans.
