Les articles en stock vous sont expédiés dans les deux jours ouvrables.
Les articles fabriqués sur commande sont expédiés dans un délai de 3-5 semaines à compter de la date de votre commande. Un article sur commande est un article qui n’est pas en stock et qui n’a pas encore été produit.
Ce système permet aux petites marques comme la nôtre de déterminer l’intérêt des clients et la demande qui en découle, ce qui permet d’éviter la surproduction et le gaspillage. Lorsque vous précommandez un article sur notre site, il se peut que vous deviez attendre un peu plus longtemps avant de le recevoir, mais vous aurez la certitude de recevoir un article unique, fabriqué sur commande, avec amour et attention, spécialement pour vous.
Si vous passez une commande comprenant à la fois un article sur commande et un article en stock, nous conserverons l’article en stock et expédierons les deux articles ensemble lorsque l’article en précommande sera prêt. De cette façon, vous ne payez qu’une seule fois les frais d’expédition et nous pouvons réduire notre empreinte écologique en regroupant les envois. Magnifique manteau qui fait une très jolie silhouette. La fausse fourrure est d’une qualité exceptionnelle. Cependant, il taille petit. J’avais pris une taille au-dessus pour pouvoir le porter avec une veste dessous et c’est juste au niveau de la taille (le bouton commence même à se découdre).
I feel like a princess in this coat! :) Very beautiful and well made. I ordered a size 36, although my usual size is 34. It works really well, I can wear thick sweaters underneath without it feeling bulky. The waist band and the structured look makes it look fitted even when there is a bit more room. Perfect!

Such a nicely-tailored coat! I took it in my usual size S, and it fits like a glove. The material is high-quality as per usual from Gaala. I highly recommend the version with fur as well, because that makes the coat so much warmer. You'd still have a beautiful waistline in winter, almost too good to be true ;)

The coat is amazing, the fur is so nice! I also asked Gaala what size should I take when I want to wear it with jumper beneath. According to my measurements I was between S and M. They told me to take L. In the end I ordered M and it feels very spacious even with jumper beneath. So the measurement table was right

I am in love with the cut of this coat. It certainly stands out among the mass-market coats you see everywhere. The foax fur is very soft and pleasant, and with lapel turned up, closes neck in the cold weather.

Finalement, j'ai pris la taille la plus grande et, malheureusement, je me suis trompée. Le service client a été très efficace et très aimable ; il m'a soutenue dans toutes mes démarches. J'ai renvoyé le manteau qui était trop grand et j'ai reçu celui de la taille inférieure ; tout s'est parfaitement déroulé. Le manteau reçu est tout simplement magnifique !

I have ordered the blue coat, the material is very soft and elegant, the colour is also a very beautiful midnight blue in real life. The cut is very feminine and I would say it is true to size, however you will not be able to wear thicker pullovers under it, as it is form-fitting. I am also happy that the buttons are now sewn on more tightly than on previous purchases.

This is such a beautiful coat. It's very warm and feels so soft. The quality is amazing. I ordered xs. I'm quite small with 5'1 and 46kg, so could have gone for xxs, but I needed a coat that I can wear over suits for work. So for that purpose xs is good, but when I wear it on my jumper or cardigan, I feel I could have sized down. It's a little longer for my hight so I'm thinking of getting it shortned...The navy colour is not as dark as I thought from looking at photos, but it is still lovely. I'd love to get another coat, probably a shorter one, from Gaala as the quality is so much better than other brands at the same pricing point.

This coat is the loveliest one I have owned! It is extremely elegant and warm, and fits like a glove. It is extremely well-made and I highly appreciate the workmanship. I sent in my measurements and was recommended a size S, which fit perfectly (5’3“ tall and 120lbs). Only thing is I would have preferred a slightly shorter length my height. However the longer length has a particular glamorous look to it.
